We hold reunions for alumnae every 5 years instead of 10, and we then combine those groups when they have reunions, so this year we have the Class of 2021 and 2016 together etc all the way up to 50+ years. We find this really works because girls know each other and keeps the reunions a bit closer together so there is more drive and engagement from alumnae. Sometimes we also find the location and cost of the reunion can also make an impact on attendance numbers.
