Like Cassie, I’ve always done this in-house, but if that’s not your area of expertise you could hire a communications agency to assist (for example, Image Seven works exclusively with schools) or reach out to some other schools who have undertaken uniform changes for their recommendations.
I can tell you from some prior experience with uniform change that transparency and buy-in from your community are key to success.
