We have the same basic pre-approved design each year. We give Year 11 student leaders the chance to make minor tweaks to the design for the following year. I am very careful to not give them to many options but they don’t like to change much! We went through a re-design process a few years ago and they struggled a bit with that change, but they are always happy to have their senior jacket. As Marketing and Communications we get the design organised and approved each year, then hand over to the Student Wellbeing and Leadership team to organise the sizing and place the order.
