Hi Grant. We were pleased to engage Chris Vlahos (USA) late last year to help us review our alumni program. After several months of consultation with key stakeholders across our school, we distributed a comprehensive 40‑plus–question survey to our alumni. Supported by a well-planned communications strategy to build interest and momentum, we achieved an excellent response rate.
