The College Shop organises this whole process for the Year 12 Jumpers at our school. They work together with our supplier, ‘Reform Clothing’, who does the final design, etc. They also coordinate the orders for them.
The front of the jumper is the same each year, as is the overall colour and style etc. The only thing that changes is the back design, which the Year 11 students design in the year before. Through the Reform Clothing website, there is an option for the students to upload designs, and then they can vote on their favourite using the same platform.
The uniform committee approves it, in consultation with marketing.
The back design varies from year to year, but consistent use of school colours.
