I’m from Concise Digital, we provide WordPress design and development support, as well as a range of other digital services. We offer straightforward plans for WordPress maintenance of either 1 or 2 hours a month (depending on site size/complexity) that include security monitoring, software patches and software upgrades.
We run major updates monthly, but will apply any urgent patches as soon as they are available. Pricing is set at a flat hourly rate that is discounted for annual support plans. Our updates are always run on a dev copy of the site, for testing, before changes are made to the live site.
Some clients prefer us to do updates on an ad-hoc basis (hourly rate) which we support as well. This would usually be every 3-4 months when there’s a few things to do.
