Hi Marlena,

We have done a couple of different formats, but mostly a version of breakfast:

We split into Junior School and Senior School.
Junior School – standing event, activities with the kids, Junior School choir performance, prize raffle, pastries, barista coffee and small gift for VIP
Senior School – seated event, games on each table, Guest speaker, Musical performance, prize raffle, pastries, barista coffee and small gift for VIP

We’re also looking into the below but that’s for this year so I cannot confirm feedback! The above is well received but it also needs a facelift as it’s been a while.
Mother’s Day – off-site, Mum’s only, brunch/lunch at a local venue with some sippers, prize raffle, guest speaker
Father’s Day – on the School oval, games and activities, prize raffle, bacon n egg rolls/toasties, coffee van

All of our parents have been asking for classroom experiences, the arts teacher is great at assisting with activities for the students in class, but we haven’t been able to do parent involvement yet in that respect.

At my daughter’s school, they have optional bacon n egg bbq and coffee van, and activities set up at various points throughout the school.

Hope that helps!
