In our typical year we help arrange a dozen reunions (5 year increments).
We encourage the cohort to have a small committee whose job is to make the decisions (ie format, budget, venue, date).
Our office can assist with the communications to the cohort; but we also handle the business side of the reunion (venue contracts, money collections, deposits & final payment).
If a cohort wants to visit the school then we can help facilitate that too. Whether it be just a tour before heading to the actual reunion venue, or if they want to have their reunion at school using the school’s caterers.
For our 65+ year cohorts (so o/80 year old); we encourage them to attend the generic “senior alumni” lunches and we will seat them together.
