What we did was a new Photo permission form start of term 4 to all parents a number of years ago. We then updated every student to reflect new guidelines and permission parents signed. Firstly, we extracted all the permissions in the old categories & saved that data. As we use Edsmart it meant responses automatically updated in synergetic. We did have to chase some parents because of language barrier to get final sign off.
