You need some help! At my school I am the Editor of the yearbook, many other print and digital publications, social media, website and much more. I manage all aspects of the yearbook (determining arrangement of the content in consultation with the principal, seeking submissions, endless follow ups, some writing, all editing and proofreading, liaising with our printer, distribution of one copy per family) and our (part-time) graphic designer lays it out. It’s 220+ pages and a lot of work but a really important historical document for future readers and researchers.
