I hear you! We do it all in-house with a comms coordinator, graphic designers, photographer and myself proofreading. In your situation, I’d see if you can outsource as much as possible OR get a quote for how much that would cost and make the argument for employing a staff member for the equivalent FTE. If either of those options aren’t approved, then I think you need to make the yearbook simpler/smaller. One person can’t do everything!
