We use Synergetic, and we see the same wording too. We haven’t asked to have it changed, but it’s something we were going to look at, as the wording doesn’t match what we use internally. Synergetic feeds into SEQTA for us, and the wording in SEQTA is different to Synergetic, and then the form we have parents complete also has different wording. It’s all very confusing.
