If you email me on jill.jansons@stphilips.nt.edu.au I can send you the running sheet I used and the notes we give to students and staff about where they need to be and when. We also screen our potential models with our senior staff to ensure they are suitable to use. We mix it up with shots in classrooms and staged shots and we always plan for more models than we need as there are some who forget or who are sick on the day etc. Cheers.
