We use to have various subcategories for our student photo permission (eg. split out social vs. print, vs. web vs. publications), however, it was becoming increasingly time consuming for my team (with a high chance of error) in figuring out which students could be used for what.
This year we have completely streamlined this into internal vs. external marketing with examples of what channels these categories include.
