Hi Jessica

As Communications, Media and Content Manager, I look after all Parent Comms. I have one Communications Administrator and we are a Comms Team of 2. We work alongside the Marketing Manager and assist each other where there is overlap. Any notifications that need to go out to parents are sent to me – that includes all bulk emails, event info, P&F info etc and I will disseminate as appropriate – either via email or uploaded to our portal, in our Newsletter and sometimes pushed out via our broadcast only WhatsApp groups etc – Enrolment emails are all managed through the Enrolments & Engagement Team and we share an office with them so that we can collaborate.
