We use SchoolBench, but keep it closed off to our department. We have experimented with staff being able to access and add, but they were unable to follow the proper process of tagging, and it caused chaos.
Our IT Dept doesn’t want to open it to the internet (parents) as they believe it opens us up to significant risk of attack.
