We use Asana to manage our projects and work in the Communications Team.
We’ve setup a Design Requests form in Asana that populates into our Design Jobs project. We can then prioritise and assign it etc.
However most requests come via email not the form. We can forward the email to automatically create a job or enter it manually. It’s worked well for us!
