We currently use Enrol HQ which cuts out the need for all of this however previously when we went paperless, we would turn the application with all documents into a PDF. This was then saved in a share drive and the PA’s would manage the folders of the Principal or Head of Primary. They access them on an iPad to view and during the interview. The PA’s just make sure the relevant ones are in their folders and the rest sit in Entry year folders where they can be accessed at any time.
