Oh, the yearly mayhem that is coordinating the yearbook!
We don’t have any special software to assist with this, but one thing I did differently last year that really helped was setting up a dedicated Yearbook Google Drive folder. Within that, I created sub-folders for each yearbook section.
I then emailed all stakeholders with a link to the folders, clear instructions and a firm deadline for uploading their content to the relevant folders. There were a few late submissions (as I’m sure is the case everywhere!), but the majority came in on time.
When it came time to collate everything, having it all in one central place made the process so much smoother.
