Thanks so much for that link. I’ll definitely be passing it along. In the five years we haven’t had a club we’ve had social gatherings much as you describe (school supported / bring a plate to share / buy your drink sort of thing); but I know going into forming a new club, the school will want to make sure it follows that checklist.
