We use a Google form that then displays the information in a Sheet for us. This is used for Orientation day and or any pre-enrolment sessions.
The Google form is sent to all families in a link once our placement decisions have been made.
I then update synergetic Future student with any additional information that we didnt capture initially in the application form.
The Google form link also includes an attached permission to dispense medication form and a request for Asthma action plans or anaphylaxis etc.
