Apart from what you are already doing, we also use Linkedin and social media.
For year 12’s – I present to them about the importance of staying connected and really the benefits of doing so. At the end of that presentation, I have a QR Code for them to scan and update their details.
I also get them to connect to the alumni socials. Our Careers/Futures Department also get their permission on a signed form to forward their emails to me at the end of the year – just in case I miss any!
