We include all of the end-of-year Awards ceremonies and Year 12 graduation. It is pretty much finalised at the end of Term 3, and I just send the last-minute items through to our designers. We usually don’t sign off on it until towards the end of Term 4 and then we distribute it in Week 1 of Term 1 the following year. Our Year 12s get it at a Year 13 breakfast that we have in that week.
