We currently work with an external designer and then use our preferred print supplier to produce.
Ours is ELC to Year 12 and everyone receives a copy (inc staff). We also put a digital copy on our website.
All students feature via their yearly headshot (so any absences on photo day or new students have to be shot manually via our Marekting team – a large task in itself)
I (marketing) am in charge of curating all the content, including articles and photos – this is then shared with our external designer. Its a mammoth task, and takes a lot of time and planning. I have a spreadsheet which I use and have perfected over the years.
If anyone has a designer or studio (Melbourne based preferred) that they would recommend who does yearbooks – please let me know.
