We are a school of 520. We have 2 (and a bit staff – myself and another team member work .6 each, and another member who works a full week). We manage all marketing, advertising and comms, including social media, yearbook & other external and internal publications, website, graphic design etc. and we also manage a vast majority of the school’s events – organizing academic assemblies, graduation, valedictory dinner, as well as school tours, quiz night, food festival, front of house for our college musical and senior play and other events. Our Development Manager is in charge of our alumni, but everyone in our building (which also includes our Registrar and Reception) all work together to make everything come together. Cheers.
