Hi Georgia,
We are a similar sized high school.
Events sits under Marketing, with the exception of a few ‘internal parent’ events, such as Valedictory ball and Presentation ball. These are lead by the Principal’s office with the Marketing Events team supporting.
Our team is made up as follows:
Senior Manager Marketing and Comms – manages all below
* Development Officer (Alumni) – takes a lead on our community events, past student liaison etc
* Digital Media and Marketing Officer – social media, yearbook & other publications, website, photography
* Enrolments Officer – will have a PT assistant starting soon. Takes a lead in Open Days (2), Orientation.
* Admin Assistant, Marketing & Comms – assist with all events, administration, merchandise, reception back-up
