Hi, We are with Alumnly which is a relatively new product to the Alumni CRM market. We were previously with Graduway but found them a little difficult to deal with as they are not Australian-based. Alumnly is run by JWAM in Geelong and they are pretty receptive to feedback as they continue to develop the platform capabilities.
