We use Funnel and have for a few years now. I haven’t used Enrol HQ, but i know Funnel really well.
In regards to duplicates, i’d be looking at the fields you have on your forms that could be changed to help avoid this. We made some changes to our forms recently to help parents use the same name and info each time (i.e. Michelle on every form, instead of Michelle on one and Shell on the other). Also review what fields you have on your forms to ensure they aren’t ones that update information when you don’t want them to. We get around this by having an “Enquiry Year Level” which we use on all our enquiry, event, booking forms. We only use the “Year Level” on the forms we want to update (i.e. Application Form).
