I’ve never used Funnel so can’t comment on its capability. However, we’ve been using EnrolHQ for several years now and have been very pleased with its functionality. The system flags Duplicates to me and I have the ability to merge those files really easily, when it is appropriate to do so (after the relevant research proves they are really a duplicate and not just two children with the same name).
Connecting siblings is very straight forward as well. Siblings can easily not be connected if families have changed home address or email addresses between applications for subsequent children. Once the sibling connection is established and confirmed, we update the various data and they automatically connect to each other – couldn’t be easier. I also find the response time for any type of query via the EnrolHQ Helpdesk is very prompt and thorough. They now have a team working on upgrades and amendments, so I always feel like we’re on top of our game. I find it helpful to be able to log-in to the parent dashboard, so I can see what they are seeing. I have no hesitation in recommending EnrolHQ.
