The implementation process of Pixevety was really straightforward – it involved a few 30 minute Zoom calls with pretty clear instructions/outcomes. We felt fairly proficient in the system after the first couple of sessions. If I had any questions I was able to email our Training person, and they also have a Live Chat on the site where they are really responsive.
We haven’t set up SSO yet as we are still in the process of setting up our gallery and importing photos from previous years. This process is taking the longest, but that’s more because we have thousands of photos that we have to wade through, not because of Pixevety!
