Buy a couple of Nespresso machines and the pods (Black Friday coming up..bound to have some deals)…then people help themselves and no preparation of coffee urns etc..It’s simple if you keep everything on a cart to roll out..may just need to have jugs of cold water to fill the water tank of the machines (and the coffee is way nicer..although it will likely be more expensive). Buy a kettle and again, let parents make their own tea using tea bags presented in a nice Tea Bags box.
