Hi Mandy

We have a Food Services Team on site but still manage the setup and service of event catering ourselves, so I understand the time and effort involved!

Earlier this year, we moved from plug-in urns to hot water/coffee dispensers that don’t need to be plugged in and stay hot for 12 hours (and can be filled with hot water or coffee). A game-changer!

A few years ago we also moved from crockery tea cups and saucers to paper cups, which made set up and pack down much simpler.
