We also use Sine and it has been great. Volunteers can be emailed a link where they can follow directions to complete Mandatory requirements before they come to site, upload Blue Cards etc. You can put flags on peoples names to note when they are linked in the Blue Card portals or if not required and when they are approved.
Visitors can note who they are seeing so in case of an emergency you can print a visitor log in seconds and know who should be accounted for. We have it set up to print a name badge so that every person onsite is accounted for.
