Good morning Lucie, this task has sat with myself in the admissions team for a long time at my school however due to a restructure with my position recently the responsibility has been shifted to a Data analysist in our finance team. Over the past 3 years I have never found the reporting time consuming, I just found I needed to be organised, work closely with key staff (learning enrichment NCCD, international department etc.) and ensure I was checking the data often in TASS leading up to each reporting due day. As mentioned above by others some reports take an entire day which means blocking your calendar out for the day without interruptions and some reports only take minutes and are very simple and easy to execute.
