We had the same issue. We got around it by creating another section and not linking the footer or header in section 2 to the header or footer in section 1. It’s not a perfect solution but gets around the issue of having a footer and header on every page. I can send you our template and you would just have to replace the header and footer in section 1 with yours. Cheers Jill.
