We require a withdrawal email from parents with a reason for withdrawal.
If the reason for leaving is of concern we then ask the relevant department (Secondary or Primary) to contact the family. If the reason is financial our school fees department contacts them. Otherwise we just note the reason that have provided ie moving away etc.
