Thanks Warren – we have done all that and we do post as the school, however the issue is that IT dept is concerned about the security of the accounts, with so many accounts getting hacked these days. if they get into someone’s personal account, they could theoretically access our school account too.
We have just signed up with Hootsuite Arthur, so hopefully that will help :-)
