We exclusively used trybooking and started to use Humanitix in the last 2 years.
I now find I switch depending on what the event is as neither of them has all the functionality required.
I would say Humanitix is easier from the user point of view and for set up particularly the seating plan. It’s clunky to use for Box Office sales, blocking out seating etc.
Trybooking has some new functionality seat-holds and password protect which is quite handy, as well as a new box office feature.
