Annual class photos sit within our Dean of Students office – the EA to DOS liaises with the external photo company. Our ID photos used to be managed by IT (sometimes Admissions step in to help on crazy first days!). We have now moved this to Student Services, given the students are through there regularly and as a way for the staff to put a face to a name early on.
