It was a one-day training session, split over two days, customised for our team. He looked through our content – from newsletters, website and social media posts – and provided us with writing tips and techniques for each. He has a very practical approach using exercises and workshopping solutions. It wasn’t cheap, but being on the same page with content editing and tone of voice has been very beneficial.
