It’s a tricky one for sure. We share photos already in the public domain in our annual Old Scholar print magazine and credit them as being from the archives. In regards to the reunions, we’ve displayed additional photos from our archives. We also have a closed Facebook Group where members are pre-approved. On this social photos are shared from many sources. Our engagements have been amazing and have certainly strengthened our Old Scholar community. I’ve tried looking on the net about the legalities of sharing photos older than 10, 20 or 30 years…. I’m still unclear and look forward to hearing from other schools too.
