I am also curious to see how people are tracking their newsletter readership and what is considered a pass for them. We have really dived more deeply recently since we moved from Google UA across to GA4, our newsletter is via a custom webpage so we have to use Google Analytics for our data.
I would be interested to hear what platforms people are using for their newsletter as I think this could be a factor as well, and if they have built in metrics or they have to use external like Analytics.
