Thanks Jill – yes that is an interesting model – order & pay but print for Year 12s. Yes we know our unit cost to print could be significant. The print savings are small versus the staffing costs to produce such a large production. Much of the content can be found in other locations so we are debating why produce the Yearbook – yes a nice Archival document with information in the one location but who reads all 350 pages?
