We don’t currently mention AI in our forms. We are going through a review of our photography policy – so this might be considered in future.

Our newsletter is housed on our website and shared with our current families via an email link, we don’t promote it on our socials. So it publicly visible but not publicly promoted.

In terms of signing forms, in the past we had students sign once they turned 16, with the new social media and privacy legislation we now ask students to sign from when they start with us in Year 7. Families have one form and the are asked to complete it and sign it together, we believe it is important for parents and students to be on the same page about image usage.
