I think schools love policies – and understand the need for them…

I would recommend a bit of a style guide around brand.

What is acceptable and correct – and what is not.

We also created templates that were on brand, with multiple variations (ie: different student images) for Powerpoint, Memos, Meetings, Reports etc… and the more we shared them and showed teachers how to use them – the more it became the ‘norm’ – but it’s a slow burn.

Good luck – school brands are a valuable asset and in such a crowded and competitive market, the key to standing out and/or being memorable (apart from good creative) is consistency in message, tone and brand…

I have ‘trained’ our executive on brand value – but it’s taken a few years – but now anything ‘off brand’ is often called out and the staff themselves are policing this.
