I have used both in past (corporate) lives, but when I started here at Penrhos (first time in a school) there was nothing in place. This initially surprised me, but after spending some time in the role I came to the conclusion that we didn’t really need it, and I haven’t seen the value in the expense.

So I’m sorry I can’t assist in choosing between the two main players, but we don’t have formal media monitoring in place and haven’t found it to be an issue. I suppose it depends on your school and your market, but that’s where I have landed for now.
