We host Rotary Exchange students. As you mentioned, we also have the biological family complete the enrolment application and they sign the contract with the College. This is to also cover legal requirements and insurances. We then set up any invoicing to Rotary directly. In regards to contacts. I keep biological parents as contact 1 then Host Family as contact 2. We use Synergetic, so we tick the ‘lives with’ flag for the host family.
