We have a Canva Team that the marketing team all have access to using a shared email address, so we can see and edit all files amongst us. It also means if someone goes on leave or leaves the organisation ,we can still access files we may still need. We then share any brand templates to our school based email address (of which a few of us are admins for) so we can save them as a brand template for other staff. That way, they can’t access all of the brand templates that we use in marketing and only select the ones.
