It’s a little different here in Australia as we now have a Social Media Ban in place. We used to have a very successful Prefect Instagram Account that was a Privat Account that our Prefect Team managed year on year since 2017. We have some guidelines that they had to follow which included no Hashtags as they couldn’t guarantee photo permission so it was effectively locked down to our school community members. Hopes this helps…if you want access to the guidelines we had, let me know. I also briefed our School Captains and Prefect team annually prior to them having access and changed the password regularly using our Password Management Protocols (Last Pass).
