Thank you for your input Deb! It’s really interesting to hear how you are communicating. Long term capacity to sustain the system is something we are concerned about too – systems only work if you actually use them!

We currently have a daily staff devotions where daily notices and reminders are given, as well as staff and student birthdays. These are great, but not everyone can get there every day – and the same issues with Admin and Maintenance teams being needed elsewhere during that time.

We also have a few different places that information is located, so we’re wanting to streamline from two different portals and emails down to a single source if we can. So many moving parts!
